How the time is actually spent
A delivery date means nothing on its own. Here is what happens on which day, so you know when to expect the first thing you can look at.
Day 1
Conversation and quote
Ten minutes on the phone about your customers and your shop, then a written quote with a fixed price and date.
Day 2–4
Three concepts
Three genuinely different directions, each shown on a mock shop board so you see it the way a customer will.
Day 5–6
Refining the one you pick
Spacing, weight and Hindi-English balance sorted out until the mark works at board size and at bill-book size.
Day 7
Files and handover
Every format, a colour sheet for your printer, and a call in Hindi on what to send where.
