01How is the final price worked out?
Weight of the piece × the day’s rate for its purity, plus the making charge, plus 3% GST. All four appear as separate lines on the bill.
02How does old-gold exchange work?
We test the purity at the counter while you watch and weigh it on the same scale. If you take new jewellery against it, it counts at the tested purity; if you want cash, we tell you the difference before anything is melted.
03Can you make a design from a photo?
Yes. Send the photo on WhatsApp, we give an estimated weight and making charge, and 20% advance starts the order. Most pieces are ready in 15 to 20 days.
